During our recent renovation, prior to selling we employed the service of McFarlane Building to completely revamp the interior of our home. I found the team great to deal with, incredibly hard working and knowledgeable. They were responsive to all our enquires and happy to accommodate changes along the way, always responding in a prompt and professional manner. It was great dealing with a company that treated you as a person rather than a number.

They worked the job on a Charge Up Schedule basis, whilst still providing a detailed estimate prior. This was a major selling point for us as further margins didn’t need to be added to cover for unexpected issues along the way, we were simply charged for the work they did and trust me when I say they didn’t muck around. Highly recommended.

Beanie and his team have an eye for detail and finishing as well as the ability to manage the project smoothly. Beanie’s communication was excellent throughout the build. He was well organised, including his organisation of tradies, his knowledge of building materials, suggestions, updates, and keeping in check with timeframes. Nothing seemed to difficult. The follow up afterwards when we have requested extra work and small adjustments has not been a problem. We are delighted with our new home, thanks to Beanie and his team.

McFarlane Building made the process of building our first home an enjoyable and successful endeavour. We have employed McFarlane Building for various projects from small renovations, fly in/fly out work around Minaret Station to four start to finish home builds (including our own home). Beanie worked with us from concept through to council sign off in each case. Early engagement meant that we received plenty of hands on advice surrounding the building practicalities of each project, including material options, design aesthetic suggestions and their associated costs. His input over the years has added unsurpassable value to each building project undertaken.
